Great experience. The Bar Manager, Jay, was the best part of the trip. He provided great company, and offered recommendations based on our preferences. Would highly recommend coming to the bar and having Jay serve you. Only thing to watch out for is the A/c in rooms shut off on a timer. You need to ask them to turn that off if you get hot in your sleep like us.

We went with a group to the Charlemont Place Dublin in May 2024. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff that was ready to help. How we did not know at the time but would find out the next day. They got us a taxi for the next morning and away we went, we get out and my wide had lost her cell phone in the taxi. we got back to the hotel and just asked if someone had turned one in, and they had it was my wife's. As you can imagine this made the trip a lot smoother. We went into the bar, which was very neat and well-staffed, they were ready to have our drinks, and with good conversation and laughs. We decided to try some of the food, and it was not what I expected, it was good, so I would recommend this also. We stayed a week the staff was always the same friendly, helpful and with a smile. So, if you are going to Dublin, I would recommend this to be the place to stay. Last but not least, I want to thank Jay and his team for a great week in Dublin, see you next time.

From the time we arrived to the morning we left we were treated with respect and kindness, the staff at the front desk to the ladies who cleaned our rooms were friendly and smiled when encountered. The breakfast was plenty, fresh, and tasty, while the staff and management were attentive and pleasant. When we return we’ll make this hotel our destination while taking in the city, and surroundings. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable holiday.

Really kind staff, everytime they smile and are really eager to help! Really beautiful hotel and nice breakfasts. We are really satisfied. The kindest people we met are there, especially Mr Fabius, Mrs Jacqueline and Mrs Leonora. Thank you for amazing service 🩷
